Angevine

Angevine Middle School (AMS) is a unique middle school learning environment that is located in beautiful Lafayette, Colorado, and is focused on meeting the specific educational needs of each individual child. We maintain a caring staff of teachers who are highly qualified in their subject areas and fully dedicated to supporting our diverse student body.

The school day starts at 8:40 a.m. and includes eight periods, each 90 minutes in length. With the new schedule, teachers have more time to plan independently—and with other teachers as a team—to increase their ability to meet the individual needs of each student. And the new structure enables all Angevine students to participate in an additional academic class: a Writer's Workshop course.

Angevine Middle School's mission is to promote academic achievement, character development, and lifelong learning. This community of learners provides a safe, inclusive atmosphere where all school community members are valued and respected as individuals. Angevine provides an environment where all students realize their potential with support and collaboration from a committed staff, involved families, and a supportive community.
