VE 135 Data Reporting
Definition: VE 135 Data is demographic and completion data required for all students who enroll and participate in approved Career and Technical Education courses. CCCs is required by law to collect this data each year in order to comply with the accountability requirements set forth by the state funded Colorado Carl D. Perkins Act. The VE 135 enrollment and follow up data affect the district's CVA reimbursement, program renewals, qualificiations for Perkins funds, and the district's Perkins performance indicators.
There are two types of reporting required through this process. The first of which is the Completion Status of students which is reported in the spring of each year. The second type of data is a Follow Up on the Completion Data from the year prior. The follow up data is completed mid year.
The purpose of this website is to assist CTE instructors in the process of the reporting of VE 135 data. Please use the links on the left of the page to access the appropriate data which you are developing.
